Once your Moto cart is filled with your motorcycle parts and accessories and you have entered your contact details for the delivery of the selected products, you can choose the payment method that suits you.
We use a Stripe module that dynamically displays the available payment methods according to the amount of your order, the currency and availability in your country for all secure payments by card, digital wallet or in instalments.
Stripe allows you to choose from the following payment methods, excluding PayPal and bank transfer.
Secure payment by card / bank cards
At Moto Vision, we accept payments by Visa, CB, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay cards via the Stripe module.
Cartes Bancaires (CB) is the national bank card network in France. More than 95% of Cartes Bancaires cards also carry the Visa or Mastercard brand. European regulations require EEA businesses that process co-branded cards to allow their customers to select the network of their choice at the time of payment.
To pay by bank card, you must fill in a form with your bank card number and expiry date, then validate the transaction. No additional fees apply to payment by bank card.
Secure payment via digital wallet

Secure payment in instalments
Alma
Alma is a deferred payment method allowing our French, Italian, Spanish, Luxembourgish, Belgian and Dutch customers to pay in several instalments. In less than 2 minutes, your payment is accepted and your Moto Vision order is validated.
When you select Alma as your payment method, Stripe redirects you to the Alma website, where you can choose to pay for your purchase in 2, 3 or 4 instalments free of charge. You must authenticate Alma payments by logging into your Alma account. Alma is only available for payments between €50 and €5,000. The total transaction amount is generally split equally across the instalments, but Alma may sometimes charge more on the first instalment depending on your purchasing power with Alma and other credit factors.
Alma supports full and partial refunds. The refund period may extend up to 180 days after purchase. Refunds for Alma payments are asynchronous and take up to 5 minutes to be processed.
You have 120 calendar days from the date of purchase on Moto Vision to open a dispute with Alma. Stripe blocks the disputed amount on our store until Alma resolves the dispute. Stripe asks you to upload compelling evidence relating to the processing of your order. This information allows Alma to determine whether a dispute is valid or should be rejected. Make sure that the evidence you submit contains as much information as possible about the details provided at the time of payment. Alma rules on the dispute within 25 calendar days after the evidence is submitted: if Alma rules in favour of Moto Vision, Stripe releases the disputed amount to Moto Vision; if Alma rules in your favour, the disputed amount is permanently debited from Moto Vision’s balance.
Klarna
Klarna is a deferred payment method allowing our customers in Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States to pay upfront or in several instalments, depending on your country.
Payment with Klarna redirects customers to the Klarna website, which displays payment options based on factors such as the customer’s currency, the transaction amount and the payment use case. Once the customer has selected a payment option, Klarna redirects you back to our moto-vision.com website to complete the order.
We can refund Klarna payments up to 180 days after the payment has been collected. Klarna cancels any remaining payment for the refunded purchase and returns to the customer the amount already paid. The refund time is generally 5 to 7 business days, but it may nevertheless be longer depending on the customer’s financial institution and the type of purchase. Klarna supports full and partial refunds. We can also make several partial refunds up to the amount originally charged. A partial refund updates the Klarna order to reflect the new total amount.
- If the partial refund amount is greater than the remaining balance of the order, Klarna deducts the refund from the outstanding balance and returns the difference.
- If the partial refund amount is less than the remaining balance of the order, Klarna deducts the refund from the outstanding balance and spreads the refund equally across the remaining payments.
Interest-free payment via Scalapay
Scalapay is a payment service in 3 or 4 equal interest-free monthly instalments in Italy, France and Spain. The Scalapay service does not include any additional fees for the customer if the instalments are paid by the due date. The minimum authorised amount is €5.00 and the maximum payment limit is €4,999.99 or the equivalent in other supported currencies.
The first instalment will be charged immediately at the time of purchase. The 2 remaining instalments will be charged over the following 2 or 3 months. Each instalment will be automatically charged to your default selected card on its due date.
Your purchasing power depends on various factors, such as: the e-commerce website where you wish to make your purchase; the type of card used for payment; whether you have previously purchased through Scalapay and whether the instalments were paid on time. If you are a new user and have never purchased through Scalapay, your purchasing power may be reduced. It will increase as you make purchases and pay within the allotted deadlines.
Please note that:
- Your purchasing power does not depend on the balance of your card
- Scalapay does not use any external source, such as FICP, to assess each customer’s solvency.
Scalapay is not able to provide detailed information about each user’s purchasing power. All payments made through Scalapay are managed by our partner Stripe, the global leader in online payment management, which handles millions of transactions every day on well-known websites.
Late fees will only be charged to you if one or more instalments are not paid within the allotted deadlines. Scalapay will notify you a few days before the due date of each instalment by SMS and email. If you have not made the payment before the due date and the automatic debit fails, you will have 24 hours to pay your instalment. Failing this, Scalapay will charge late payment fees as explained below:
- Payment made on the due date: No additional fees!
- Payment made more than 24 hours late: up to 6 euros in additional fees
- Payment made more than 9 days late: 6 EUR in additional fees, in addition to the initial fees, up to a maximum of 12 EUR per instalment
The total cost of late fees cannot exceed 15% of the total loan value, meaning the second and third instalments. We are fully aware that there may be situations where payment cannot be made on the due date due to mitigating circumstances. If you believe this applies to your situation, contact us here before the payment due date and we will do our best to help you.
Scalapay has a complaint process that allows transaction disputes. You can open disputes in the event of duplicate payment or a difference between the amount of an order and that of a transaction. Stripe withholds the disputed amount from your balance until Scalapay resolves the dispute. Scalapay supports full and partial refunds. The refund period may extend up to 90 days after purchase. The refund period may extend up to 90 days after purchase.
